1. Book your machine online
The fastest way to secure your equipment is to book online through our website. This allows you to:
- Choose the grinder or vacuum you need
- Select your hire dates
- Enter your delivery details
- Request your preferred delivery time window
- Complete payment securely online
We recommend booking early, especially during busy periods.
If preferred, you can give us a call on 0409346658 and book in over the phone.
2. Payment
All hires are paid in full at the time of booking. This locks in your machine and ensures everything is ready for your scheduled hire date.
You’ll also have a security deposit held on your card. This is standard across the industry and helps cover any diamond blade wear or additional consumables used during the hire.
3. Security deposit explained
Your security deposit is not an extra charge upfront. It is simply held during the hire period.
At the end of your hire:
- Any diamond blade wear is calculated fairly based on usage
- The wear charge is processed from the card on file
- The remaining security deposit is released back to you
This keeps pricing transparent and ensures you only pay for what you use.
4. Delivery to your job site
For most hires, one of our trained delivery drivers will bring the equipment directly to your site.
When booking, you can nominate your ideal delivery time frame. We do our best to meet requested times, however delivery schedules can vary depending on other bookings that day.
Before departing, your assigned driver will call you to confirm the expected arrival time.
5. Setup and tailored advice on site
This is where our service stands out.
Your driver doesn’t just drop the machine and leave. They will:
- Unload and set up the equipment
- Show you how to safely operate it
- Explain the best grinding technique
- Recommend the right diamonds or tooling for your floor
- Give tailored advice based on your specific project
Because our drivers are experienced and trained, they can often save customers hours of trial and error.
6. Pickup options for smaller grinders
Some smaller grinders can be collected directly from our shop.
This can be a great option if you want to save on delivery costs. However, keep in mind that pickup customers may miss some of the hands-on, site-specific guidance that comes with delivery.
If you’re unsure which option suits you best, contact us first.
7. Your driver is your main contact during the hire
Once your machine has been delivered, your assigned driver becomes your main point of contact for the hire.
Need help using the machine?
Need extra tooling?
Need to extend your hire?
Just call your driver directly, or contact our shop team.
8. Finished the job? Arrange pickup
When your project is complete, simply call your driver to organise collection.
Need more time? No problem — hire extensions are often available depending on bookings. Just let us know as early as possible.
9. Final charges and deposit release
Once the machine is returned:
- Diamond blade wear is assessed
- Any applicable wear charge is processed
- Your remaining security deposit is released
We aim to make this process fast and straightforward. Sometimes it can take a couple of days for orders to be closed and funds released.
